IF: Clandestine

Paul Revere’s ride was a clandestine operation. Until he started yellin’ and wavin’ fire around, of course.

Another rough sketch from the book. I may post the finished art. I may not. I really can’t say at this juncture.

Please do not use this image without permission. Thanks.

I just found out that Bath (maine) has a Paul Revere Bell Ringing “party” for New Year’s Eve. I think the clandestine part of THAT will be flasks and tummy warmers.

    Thanks for the comments everyone!

@PainterWoman It would be fun to get a group of people together to “invade” Bath when they ring the bells. Just for kicks.

Very clever, whether you finish it or not, it has the emergency of that historical ride! Hmmm…I believe the word “clandestine” came about during 1790s I wonder if we can really tie Paul in there somewhere with the originality of the word? Well…it’s certainly food for thought! Great line work and Happy New Year!
