Getting Started

It’s super easy to get started. Here’s how this all works:

  1. Tell us what you need! Send an email to sparky@sparkyfirepants.com and describe what you’re looking for with as much detail as possible. Don’t have a lot of details? That’s fine, just tell us what you can. If you have artwork, send it along.
  2. We’ll respond! Usually within 24 hours on weekdays, sometimes a little longer on weekends. We’ll get more details from you, make suggestions, and give you a quote.
  3. Invoice! Once we have your order nailed down, we’ll email you an electronic invoice. You can pay a 50% deposit and the balance upon completion, or you can pay the whole thing. It’s up to you. We take major credit cards, checks (by mail) and bank transfers.
  4. Mockups! We’ll create mockups of your items with your art so you know exactly what you’re getting. We don’t print until you approve.
  5. Print! Once approved, we go to print. Most orders take between 7-10 business days. We’ll let you know what to expect when you order.
  6. Ship, Deliver or Pickup! When your order is complete, we’ll arrange the best way to get them to you.
