It’s super easy to get started. Here’s how this all works:
- Tell us what you need! Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and describe what you’re looking for with as much detail as possible. Don’t have a lot of details? That’s fine, just tell us what you can. If you have artwork, send it along.
- We’ll respond! Usually within 24 hours on weekdays, sometimes a little longer on weekends. We’ll get more details from you, make suggestions, and give you a quote.
- Invoice! Once we have your order nailed down, we’ll email you an electronic invoice. You can pay a 50% deposit and the balance upon completion, or you can pay the whole thing. It’s up to you. We take major credit cards, checks (by mail) and bank transfers.
- Mockups! We’ll create mockups of your items with your art so you know exactly what you’re getting. We don’t print until you approve.
- Print! Once approved, we go to print. Most orders take between 7-10 business days. We’ll let you know what to expect when you order.
- Ship, Deliver or Pickup! When your order is complete, we’ll arrange the best way to get them to you.
